In 1992, CrepeMaker was launched with a $10,000 investment and a single crêpe cart in Miami. Inspired by the crepe stands of Paris, it brought something new to the U.S. streets. Within months, the cart grossed more than double what other vendors made. Building on that momentum, CrepeMaker expanded to multiple carts, then brick-and-mortar locations, catering, and eventually franchising.
